Classis pin that I have had for 30+ years, Yes RUSH was my Ultimate band, back in the 80'S I lived in L.A. when RUSH came to town at the FORUM, I was there every concert they performed, 7 concerts 7 days I was there, YES really .50 per ticket I have all my stuff for those years now going up for sale.

All I could make out is something like Enter....? 1000 Cat LTD. Productions look like? just taking a guess as to the wording under a jeweled magnifier.
