Helpful Tips
Maintenance and Cleaning
Sticking the cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes when grating softer cheese before shredding.
Recommend giving it a quick rinse right after use just to make clean up that much easier.
Don't press down too hard when grating, it will bend the blade while it's turning...please turn the mixer in speed 6/8 and push the food slowly.
Suggest putting the parts in warm, sudsy water for minutes before washing
Dishwasher safe : Metal materials are made of 304 food grade stainless steel, and the housing is food grade plastics. easy to clean.
