    These new stainless steel knives are much sharper than the original version.  They are specifically designed to fit ONLY the white FGA Kitchenaid meat grinder attachment.
    This is NOT a universal fit like the Berrucci brand that fits much looser.
    Single sided blades.  Install with the sharp side facing out to connect with the round meat grinder plate.
    See the difference when you use the new sharp designed blade from Butcher-Baker.
    Blades fit the white Kitchenaid meat grinder only.  They will not fit Waring Pro, Deni or others with similar designed blades.  We do have those blades in our eBay store.
