Main Mixing Jobs:
1. Ideal for light to medium-heavy mixing, such as biscuits, cookies, quick breads, cheesecakes, cake dough, waffle and pancakes, mashed potatoes, pie mix, creamed frostings, whipping eggs and much more.
2. But do not use with heavy mixes such as breads, coffee cakes, rolls and buns, which should turn to dough hook or that flat beater without silicone edge.
Instructions:
Note: replaces the flat beater from your stand mixer.
1.Secure mixing bowl and attach;
2.Raise bowl into locked position;
3.If needed,lower the mixing bowl and use the height adjustment screw to fine tune the blade-to-bowl contact;
-Clockwise lowers the bowl(1/8 turn at a time to decrease contact).
-Counterlockwise raises the bowl(1/8 turn at a time to increase contact).
4.Add ingredients on the left side,facing the machine,aiming for the center of the bowl;
5.Always add flour slowly on “Stir”;
6.If motor slows when adding flour,increase speed one level at a time.

Sturdy metal alloy frame & soft silicone edges. The metal inner-frame offers high stability and power for heavy mixing jobs while the soft silicone sides ensure mixing is done thoroughly without scratching your 4.5 and 5 quart mixing bowl.
Time Saver:
The flexible silicone edges make it possible to scrape the side of the bowl so you don't have to constantly stop and use a spatula to do so. Reduces mixing time by 50 percent.
